Several images show the man in parks and shopping centres at Helensvale and Arundel.

In one incident he is videotaped in Colgate Palmolive Park at Arundel, described as “perfect for that family get-together.”

Gold Coast police are now urgently trying to locate the man who has allegedly uploaded several of the videos to local pornography sites.

The man has allegedly posted nude images of himself online in public areas around parklands in Arundel and in the vicinity of a shopping centre in Helensvale, Coomera Police’s officer-in-charge Senior Sergeant Andrew Godbold said.

He said the images mostly take place in daylight and “are explicit in nature”.

“This type of behaviour in public places is disturbing and unlawful and will not be tolerated,” he said.

“Police are very keen for any information that would lead to identifying this individual,” he said.

The man is described as Caucasian in appearance with a very pale complexion and slim build with dark brown hair and eyes.

The man’s age is difficult to assess, but he is judged to be between 20 and 40 years of age and not a teenager.

Police are urging anyone that has any information about the man or the incidents to contact Crime Stoppers or their local police station.

The man allegedly uses the social media handle “gcjosh” to upload the videos, police say.

The area’s local councillor William Owen- Jones said the man’s behaviour was “very ordinary”.

“There is no place for it in our community and I encourage anyone who knows something about it to contact Crime Stoppers anonymously,” Cr Owen-Jones said.

“I look forward to Queensland Police finding him and charging him.”

One video shows the man meeting an older man and performing a range of sex acts in a public park.

According to Gold Coast police the man is described as being very slim and having a pale complexion.

Media report the man is seen in several videos wearing women’s clothes, although this has not been confirmed.

Gold Coast police have confirmed they want to question the man, who has been seen in Helensvale and Arundel in recent weeks.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
