The go button has been pressed on the development of the new buildersdisplay village in the Sovereign Hills master planned community’s Stirling Green precinct.

A total of 15 new display homes from 11 builders, including Pycon Homes and Construction, Sorensen and Caldon Builders, Perry, McDonald Jones, Adenbrook, Vaughan, Hotondo, G.J. Gardener, Coral, Cavalier and Integrity New Homes, will soon line either side of Sovereign Drive.

Sorensen and Caldon Builders is leading the construction charge with two single-storey homes now underway in the new village.

One of the first builders to commit to the current display village in Sovereign Hills’ Barton Ridge precinct, managing director John Caldon said he’s looking forward to more builders joining them in a modern display village environment.

“We think it’s extremely important for the future of our business to showcase our homes,” Mr Caldon shared.

“If you have a decent village, anyone from Newcastle right through to the Queensland border looking at building a house will make their way there at some stage or the other.”

A development of the Lewis Land Group, Sovereign Hills is a major growth area of Port Macquarie.

Just last month a new state-of-the-art sales centre was unveiled at the entrance to the new display village.
